With a number of highly qualified project managers and support staff, Castle Hill Construction operates as a construction management team that has the expertise to build any style and level property that a client may desire. Each job is delegated to a particular project manager that possesses the various talents to efficiently manage that project. The project manager is often in touch with the job architect, engineer, and other professionals involved in making the project an overall success. Because we are a construction management firm as opposed to a general contractor or sub-contractor, our allegiance is to the client in terms of trying to do the best job for the least expense.
We have weekly staff meetings and discuss each project in detail and make decisions based on those meetings. We regularly e-mail works in progress photos to the clients and have frequent telephone updates with them as needed. Because we have many clients that live a distance from our office, we often meet with them on weekends if necessary.
In short, we feel that we are unparalleled in Vermont in terms of our professionalism and our ability to complete great homes on schedule and on budget.
